One Way Fares Reservation
Fill out the reservations request form and we will get back to you to sort out the details, collect payment and confirm your reservation.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm), Closed Saturday and Sunday.
This form is a request for a reservation and is not a confirmed booking.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a detailed confirmation by email with the following:
- List of Gold River accomodations, camping spots and restaurants
- Information on how to get to the wharf, where to park and check-in time
- General information on your voyage, coffee shop offerings, clothing recommendations, etc.
Please request the trip date you prefer from the Cruise Schedule and we will get back to you regarding availability and booking.
NOTE: Once your booking is confirmed please DOWNLOAD OUR WAIVER and have all passengers fill out a copy. This makes it more convenient for you when boarding the MV Uchuck III.
Cancellation Policy - Life Happens!
In the event that you need to cancel your cruise please note:
Fares are based on Can$. If you are requesting a refund (and initially paid in USD or other foreign currencies) the value of the refund will be based on Can$ at the current exchange rate.
We have no control over exchange rates and how that reflects on the actual amount refunded in non-Can$.
Overnight Adventure Cancellations:

| 4 - 13 days prior to departure: | Subject to a $200 penalty if we are NOT able to find a replacement for your booking |
| 0 - 3 days prior to departure: | 100% NON-refundable if we are NOT able to find a replacement but it should be noted that we usually have a wait list on most of our trips. |
